Since 2011 we have run everything below out of one office in Greater Kailash — 48 countries, 640+ itineraries, 61,400+ travellers. The prices on this page are honest starting points for the season named, not teasers.
Domestic tours that avoid the crowd
India rewards timing more than budget. We run Ladakh from mid-June once the Manali–Leh road opens properly, Kerala in the shoulder weeks either side of the monsoon, and Rajasthan between November and February when the desert nights are cold enough to want a fire. Every domestic itinerary is driven by our own vetted operators — the same drivers, year after year.

The difference between a good and a bad overseas holiday is usually the order of the cities. We build long-haul routes around flight bank timings, train windows and the days museums actually close — so Hanoi comes before Ha Long, Lucerne before Zermatt, and Kyoto never lands on a Monday.

Visa filing by people who read the rules
Our in-house visa desk files for Schengen, the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Japan, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, the UAE and roughly thirty more. We assemble the file, write the covering and itinerary letters no portal will write for you, book the biometrics slot and brief you before an interview. Approval rate across 2025: 98.4%. We will still never promise an outcome.

Hotels and resorts we have slept in
We hold contracted rates with roughly 4,200 properties and we refuse to sell about a fifth of them. A room category is not a room: we will tell you which wing faces the generator, which "sea view" needs a periscope, and which ₹9,000 boutique out-performs the ₹22,000 chain two streets away.

Flights priced by a human, watched by a human
Our ticketing desk works consolidator and published fares side by side, then keeps watching after you have paid. In 2025 we re-issued 1,180 tickets at a lower fare and passed the difference back. When a schedule changes at 2 AM we are the ones on hold with the airline, not you.

Honeymoons planned around recovery, not itinerary
Most couples fly out three days after a wedding, exhausted. So we front-load rest: a soft arrival day, nothing scheduled before 10 AM, and one showpiece experience rather than five average ones. We also quietly tell the hotel it is a honeymoon — the results are usually better than any paid add-on.

Family holidays that survive contact with a six-year-old
A family itinerary fails on logistics, not on sights. We cap driving at four hours, keep the pool free between 3 and 6 PM, and put grandparents in rooms near the lift. Interconnecting rooms are requested at booking and reconfirmed twice — because "on request" is not a plan.

Adventure with a safety file behind it
Rafting on the Ganga at Shivpuri, the Kashmir Great Lakes trek, Ladakh on a motorcycle, diving off Havelock. Every operator we use is checked annually for certification, equipment age and guide-to-guest ratio. We publish the grade honestly — if a trek is hard, we say hard, and we will decline a booking we think is unsafe for you.

Corporate travel, run like an operations desk
We currently manage travel for 74 Indian companies — SaaS teams, manufacturing exporters, two hospital groups. Policy is enforced at the point of booking rather than argued about at reimbursement, and finance receives one GST-compliant invoice per cost centre per month instead of ninety loose receipts.

Char Dham, Vaishno Devi, Amarnath, Tirupati, Shirdi, Ajmer Sharif and Umrah. These journeys turn on registration windows, darshan slots and health certificates far more than on hotels — so that is where our work goes. We plan for older travellers first: slow ascents, oxygen availability and a doctor's number in every town.

Cruises, chosen deck by deck
A cruise fare is the easy number; the cabin is the decision. We steer Indian travellers away from forward cabins on Mediterranean crossings, book mid-ship on decks 8 to 10 for anyone prone to motion sickness, and check that the ship carries an Indian-cuisine galley before we recommend a fourteen-night sailing.

At this level the money buys time, privacy and access — a palace suite held on a wedding weekend, a private guide at Angkor before opening, a chartered turboprop into Bhutan. We work with roughly ninety properties globally where our name means an actual upgrade rather than a fruit basket, and we tell you honestly when a supplement is not worth paying.

How a booking actually works
Six steps, roughly ten days from first call to confirmed file for a domestic trip, and three to five weeks for a long-haul route that needs a visa.

A conversation, not a form
You call, WhatsApp or write. A consultant asks about dates, who is travelling, what you have already done and what you are willing to spend. Fifteen minutes, no quotation yet.

Step 02 — Day 1 to 2
A first idea with an honest price band
You receive one route with a day-by-day outline and a realistic range — not three padded options designed to make the middle one look sensible.

Step 03 — Day 3 to 6
Two rounds of revision, included
Swap hotels, change the pace, add a city, drop a day. Most trips settle in two rounds. Further revisions stay free — we would rather you left happy than quickly.

Step 04 — Confirmation
25% deposit, written terms first
Cancellation terms, supplier non-refundables and the full inclusion list are shared before you pay anything. The balance is due 21 days before departure.

Documents, visa and a briefing call
Vouchers, e-tickets, insurance certificate and a printed day plan reach you 72 hours out, along with a call covering weather, cash, dress codes and local etiquette.

A duty line that a person answers
One WhatsApp number staffed 24 hours from New Delhi, plus a named local contact in each city. Two weeks after you return, your consultant calls to hear what we got wrong.

Every quote separates accommodation, transport, experiences, taxes and our fee. Nothing hides in a total.

Seasonality told straight
If your dates are wrong for the destination, we say so and suggest a better window — even if it loses us the booking.
Only places we have been
We sell destinations someone on the team has travelled within 18 months. If we have not, we tell you and refer you on.

Costs are indicative per person on twin sharing for a five-night domestic itinerary, land only, in the 2026 shoulder season.
The part nobody reads until they need it
Travel insurance is compulsory on every international trip we sell and strongly recommended domestically. We are an intermediary, not the insurer — so we read the exclusions with you rather than selling you a certificate you will never open. In 2025 we assisted with 63 claims; 58 settled in full.
Medical cover that matches the trip
USD 100,000 minimum for Schengen and the USA, and adventure riders for trekking above 3,600 m, diving and motorcycling. A standard policy will not cover any of those.
Cancellation and interruption
Cover for illness, bereavement, visa refusal and airline insolvency. We tell you plainly which of your non-refundables the policy will and will not reach.
Ground safety, checked yearly
Vehicle age caps, verified driver licences, life jackets on every boat transfer and a written evacuation route for remote camps and high-altitude stops.
Advisories we act on
We monitor MEA advisories and local weather. If a route becomes unsafe we reroute at cost, and we have cancelled our own departures four times since 2019.
