Disclaimer

Good travel advice includes the parts nobody controls. This page states plainly where our promises end and where weather, embassies, airlines and mountains take over.

Last updated 21 July 2026

Effective 21 July 2026

What we can promise, and what nobody can

We promise careful design, honest pricing and a consultant who answers the phone. We cannot promise a visa, a clear mountain pass, an on-time airline or a leopard on the third drive. This page draws that line before you book, not after.

1. Scope of this disclaimer

This disclaimer applies to www.99travelz.com and to every itinerary, quotation, brochure, proposal, email, WhatsApp message and social post issued by 99Travels, a travel business operated by Catalyst Web Trendz Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi. It is published as part of the information required under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, and should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Where this disclaimer and the Terms & Conditions address the same subject, the Terms & Conditions prevail because they form the contract.

Nothing here limits any right you hold under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, nor excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our own negligence, or for fraud — neither of which can lawfully be excluded.

2. Itineraries are indicative, not guaranteed sequences

A published itinerary describes an intended shape of days, not a timetable that can be enforced against nature or traffic. Sightseeing order is regularly reversed to avoid crowds, weather or a road closure; a scheduled monument may be shut for a festival, a state function, restoration or a security alert; a national park may close a zone at short notice; and a mountain pass such as Rohtang, Zoji La or Nathu La may be closed by snow or landslide with no warning at all.

Where a change is necessary we substitute an experience of comparable value and tell you why. Sample or "typical" itineraries published on this site are illustrative of a style of travel and are always tailored before booking. Driving times, walking distances and flight durations quoted are good-faith estimates based on normal conditions, not commitments.

3. Illustrations, artwork and descriptions

Every image on this website is an original illustration drawn in vector form by our own team. Nothing is a photograph. The landscapes, skylines, boats, dunes and architecture you see are stylised interpretations of a destination's character, designed to set a mood — they are not, and are not presented as, a depiction of a specific hotel, room, vehicle, beach or view you will receive.

Hotel star ratings follow local classification, which varies materially between countries: a four-star property in Hanoi, Zurich and Udaipur are three different things. Room categories, bedding, views and inclusions are as stated on your confirmation voucher and nowhere else. Where a description says "sea-facing", "pool view" or "upgrade subject to availability", that phrase carries its ordinary meaning and the qualifier is real.

4. Third-party suppliers operate independently

We are a travel designer and booking agent. Airlines, hotels, resorts, homestays, cruise lines, railways, coach and car operators, guides, restaurants, activity and adventure operators, spas, insurers and destination management companies are independent businesses. We select them with care and re-audit those we use often, but we do not own, manage, staff or control them.

Each supplies its service under its own terms, its own safety standards and the law of its own country, and by using its service you accept those terms. Consequently we do not accept responsibility for a supplier's independent acts or omissions — an overbooked hotel, a cancelled sailing, a guide who fails to appear, a vehicle breakdown, an act of theft or negligence by a supplier's staff, or an injury sustained during an activity operated by a third party. Where such a failure occurs we will act promptly on your behalf: we escalate, we source an alternative, and we pursue the supplier for redress on your account.

5. Visa outcomes are decided solely by embassies

We do not issue visas and we cannot guarantee one. Visas, e-visas, entry permits, transit authorisations and residence approvals are granted or refused entirely at the discretion of the embassy, consulate, high commission or immigration authority of the destination country. That decision is sovereign, is frequently unexplained, and is not subject to appeal by us.

What our visa assistance service buys is professional work: an accurate assessment of the correct category, a complete and correctly ordered document set, an appointment slot, a checked application, and follow-up. Our published 98.4% approval rate is a historical record of files we have handled, not a forecast for yours. Our fee is payable for that work whatever the outcome, and embassy fees, biometric charges and courier costs are paid to the mission and are never refundable on refusal.

Processing timelines quoted by us come from the missions themselves and can change without notice — a two-week Schengen window can become six weeks in peak summer. Apply as early as the mission permits. A refusal, a delay, a request for additional documents, or an administrative processing hold does not suspend the cancellation charges in our Terms & Conditions, and holding a valid visa is still not a guarantee of entry: the immigration officer at the border makes the final decision.

6. Weather, seasons and operational disruption

Weather shapes travel and no operator controls it. Monsoon can close a coastal road, fog can shut Delhi airport for hours in December and January, a cyclone can cancel an island sailing, and a Himalayan snowfall can strand a valley. Flights are delayed, diverted and cancelled by airlines for weather, technical, crew and air traffic reasons; trains are rescheduled; ferries and seaplanes are grounded on sea state alone.

We publish honest seasonal guidance so you can choose well, but a forecast is not a promise. Wildlife sightings, aurora displays, clear mountain views, cherry blossom, snowfall and monsoon greenery are natural phenomena that occur on their own schedule; no sighting or view is ever guaranteed, and a national park may close a route or a safari on the day. Costs arising from disruption — an extra hotel night, a rebooked domestic connection, a missed onward flight bought separately — sit with the traveller and are the classic case for a comprehensive insurance policy.

7. Health, vaccination and fitness requirements

Meeting the health requirements of your destination is the traveller's responsibility. Some countries mandate a Yellow Fever certificate for entry, particularly for travellers arriving from or transiting certain regions; others require specific vaccinations, and prophylaxis is advisable in malarial zones. Requirements change, and we are not a medical authority.

Please consult a registered medical practitioner or an authorised travel health clinic well before departure, and check the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare and the destination government's current advisories. Any guidance from our consultants is general information passed on in good faith, never medical advice.

Altitude is the requirement travellers most often underestimate. Leh, Spiti, Tawang, Cusco and much of Bhutan sit high enough for acute mountain sickness to affect fit people; itineraries at altitude include acclimatisation days for a reason, and skipping them is unsafe. Trekking, rafting, diving, skiing and similar activities require honest self-assessment of fitness and disclosure of relevant conditions such as cardiac, respiratory, spinal or pregnancy considerations. Operators may refuse participation on safety grounds, and no refund arises from such a refusal.

8. Pricing, availability and currency

Prices shown on this website, in the cost calculator and in marketing material are indicative starting points, usually stated per person on twin-sharing basis, for a given season and a given hotel category. They are not offers capable of acceptance. Airline fares, hotel rates and activity prices are live inventory and change many times a day; a rate is confirmed only in a written quotation, and held only when a booking is confirmed with the deposit.

The cost calculator and any trip planner tool on this site produce rough estimates from broad assumptions to help you frame a budget. They do not account for your dates, live availability, festival surcharges, flight class or visa costs, and they should never be treated as a quotation. International pricing is exposed to exchange rate movement; GST and TCS are applied as set out in our Terms & Conditions. Where a price is published in error through a typographical or system fault, we will tell you before taking payment and you may withdraw without penalty — we do not hold anyone to an obvious mistake.

9. Accuracy of content and destination information

Destination guides, journal articles, seasonality charts, packing lists and travel tips on this site are prepared by our team and reviewed periodically. Facts on the ground move faster than any website: opening hours, entry fees, road conditions, permit rules, currency regulations and local law all change. Content is provided for general information, is accurate to the best of our knowledge on the date of publication, and carries no warranty of completeness or currency.

Nothing on this site is legal, tax, medical, immigration or insurance advice. For any decision with financial or legal consequence, consult a qualified professional and verify with the relevant official authority.

10. External links

Links from this site to airline, hotel, embassy, insurer, tourism board or payment gateway websites are offered for your convenience. We do not control those sites, we do not endorse their content, products or terms merely by linking, and we are not responsible for their accuracy, availability, security or privacy practices. Once you follow an external link, that site's own privacy policy governs your data, not ours.

Please verify visa rules, entry conditions and health requirements on the official government source rather than a summary, whether ours or anyone else's. If you find a broken or misdirected link on this site, tell us and we will fix it.

11. Testimonials, reviews and case studies

Traveller stories, reviews and results published on this site describe the actual experience of real travellers whose journeys we operated, shared with their permission. Names are shortened and personal details generalised for privacy. Figures such as durations, group sizes, destination counts and ratings are drawn from our booking records.

An individual experience is not a promise of a comparable outcome. Two families booking the same itinerary in different weeks can have materially different trips because weather, staff, crowds and their own preferences differ. Aggregate figures — 48 countries, 640+ itineraries, 61,400+ travellers, 4.9 / 5 from 2,841 verified reviews, 98.4% visa approval — are our internal records as at the date of publication and are historical, not predictive.

12. Website availability, security and intellectual property

We work to keep this site available and accurate, but we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Access may be suspended for maintenance, and we are not liable for loss arising from downtime, transmission errors or any malicious code that reaches you despite reasonable safeguards. Please keep your own devices patched and protected.

Beware of fraudulent imitation. We communicate only from addresses at our published domain, our only phone and WhatsApp number is +91-9953590779, and payment is accepted only to our declared company current account. We never request an OTP, a card CVV or a net-banking password. If a message asks you to pay an individual, verify it by calling us first. All text, illustrations, layout, itinerary designs and the 99Travels name and marks on this site are our intellectual property and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission; short quotations with clear attribution and a link are welcome.

13. Governing law and changes to this disclaimer

This disclaimer is governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from it is subject to the dispute resolution provisions in our Terms & Conditions, with arbitration seated at New Delhi and the courts at New Delhi holding exclusive jurisdiction. Consumers retain the right to approach the appropriate Consumer Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

We may revise this disclaimer as our services, suppliers or the law change. The "last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and the version in force on the date of your Booking Confirmation is the one that applies to your journey. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder stands.
