For Schengen countries, the UK and Japan, start 90 to 120 days out — appointment slots, not flights, are the bottleneck. For Southeast Asia, the Maldives and the UAE, 45 to 60 days is comfortable. Peak dates (Christmas, Diwali, May school holidays) should be locked six months ahead.

Accommodation on the stated sharing basis, the meal plan named in the itinerary, all ground transfers, listed experiences with entry tickets, applicable taxes and our service fee. International airfare, visa embassy fees, travel insurance premiums, personal expenses and anything marked "optional" sit outside the quote and are always itemised separately.

We prepare the file, write the covering and itinerary letters, book the appointment and brief you before the interview. We cannot guarantee an outcome — nobody honestly can — but our approval rate across 2025 was 98.4%.

Yes — every published itinerary is a starting point. Swap hotels, add a city, drop a day, change the pace or build something entirely new. Roughly seven out of ten trips we operate are modified versions of a listed journey.

A 25% deposit confirms the booking, with the balance due 21 days before departure. Written cancellation terms — including supplier-specific non-refundable components — are shared before you pay anything. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 14 working days of supplier settlement. All bookings are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in New Delhi.
